About Me

My path into witchcraft and spirituality has been shaped by both lived experience and formal education. I received professional training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Arizona, earning certifications as a Mind Body Wellness Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Alongside this training, my witchcraft practice has evolved over a lifetime of study in the occult, intuitive work, and spiritual exploration.

In 2018, I opened my metaphysical shop, The Sage Stone and Candle, in Alliance, Nebraska. The shop offered Reiki, hypnotherapy, and auriculotherapy services, along with crystals, herbs, witchcraft tools, books, and divination cards. It was a deeply personal project, and I poured my heart into creating a welcoming space for spiritual seekers and witches in the area.

In 2019, I started Witchy Woman Podcast as a creative outlet and a way to support my shop. What began as a fun side project quickly grew into something much larger. The podcast attracted a growing community of witches and spiritual practitioners, and it became a space for connection, learning, and shared experience. We closed the physical shop just before the COVID pandemic and chose not to reopen, but the podcast remained my passion. Endings tend to do that. They make room for what’s next.

Today, Witchy Woman Podcast continues as a witchcraft and spirituality podcast focused on modern witchcraft, intuitive development, and community. I regularly study and work with divination methods such as tarot, palmistry, herbalism, magic, and occult history, always expanding my practice and knowledge.

Through the podcast, I share both my witchy and very human life, interview members of the witchcraft and occult community, and explore spirituality, magic, and personal growth in an honest, grounded way. Witchy Woman is about learning, curiosity, and empowerment without pretense.
